Introduction

Welcome to Bizely ("we", "our", or "us"). Bizely is a business management platform designed for car detailing studios, providing tools for enquiry management, bookings, scheduling, invoicing, and customer records.

By accessing or using Bizely at bizely.co, you ("User" or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our platform.

Eligibility

By using Bizely, you represent that:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are using Bizely for lawful business purposes.
• If registering on behalf of a business, you have the authority to bind that business to these Terms.

Account Registration

To use Bizely, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.
• Keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with others.
• Notify us immediately at info@bizely.co if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Free Trial & Subscription

4.1 Free Trial

Bizely offers a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. At the end of the trial period, you may choose to subscribe to continue using the platform.

4.2 Subscription Plans

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly at the following rates:

Pricing may change with 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

4.3 Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method at the start of each billing cycle. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

4.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will not be charged for the following month.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Bizely only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the platform to engage in any fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity.
• Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform or its underlying systems.
• Resell, sublicense, or transfer access to Bizely without our written consent.
• Use the platform to harass, abuse, or harm any person.
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce any part of the platform or its content without permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

Data & Privacy

Your use of Bizely is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

6.1 Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you input into Bizely, including customer records, booking information, and business data ("Your Data"). You grant Bizely a limited license to store and process Your Data solely for the purpose of providing the service.

6.2 Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect Your Data. However, no system is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6.3 Data on Termination

Upon account termination, we may delete Your Data after a 30-day grace period. You are responsible for exporting any data you wish to retain before terminating your account.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Bizely — including the software, design, logos, text, and graphics — are owned by CodexBlue and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use Bizely for your internal business purposes. This license does not include the right to copy, modify, or create derivative works of the platform.

Third-Party Services

Bizely may integrate with or link to third-party services (such as payment processors or communication tools). We are not responsible for the practices or content of any third-party services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

Disclaimers

Bizely is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that:

• The platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
• Any errors or defects will be corrected.
• Results obtained from use of the platform will be accurate or reliable.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CodexBlue shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms.
• We are required to do so by law.
• We decide to discontinue the service (with reasonable notice where possible).

Upon termination, your right to use Bizely ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — will remain in effect.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Punjab, India.

For users outside India, including those in Australia or other countries, we will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes amicably.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this document and notify active users by email or an in-app notice.

Your continued use of Bizely after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
